Terms And Conditions
1. Age Limit
Drivers should be over 25 and under 65, except in exceptional circumstances and prior acceptance from WMHH and insurance Company.

2. Driving Licence
Only drivers approved by WMHH, and named on hire agreement are permitted to drive.

3. Insurance
Unless the hire agreement otherwise provides the vehicle will be insured by the company comprehensively subject to an excess of the first £500.00 of each and every accident claim. Additional excess £200.00 for drivers under 25 years.
Insurance charges are £12.00 per day or £50.00 per week for cars and light vehicles, and £22.00 per day -£90.00 per week for groups 6 and 7.
The hirer shall be responsible for all excess charges for each and every accident however caused.

4. Own Insurance
Customers may provide their own fully comprehensive insurance cover, after proposal and acceptance by WMHH.

5. Availability
WMHH reserve the right to substitute any specific vehicle booked for one of similar type or class because of non-availability of original vehicle.(No extra charge involved if larger vehicle supplied)

6. Payment
At the commencement of Hire customers must lodge payment to cover all estimated charges. Authorized Purchase Orders of U.K. Companies may also be used to obtain credit facilities but these are subject to WMHH approval. Cheques should be supported by a banker's card.

7. Extension of Rental
It is most important that should you wish to extend your hire beyond the agreed terminating date WMHH is advised immediately and the additional rental paid so that insurance cover may be extended. Failure to do so may mean that the hirer is driving the vehicle without insurance.

8. Safety Maintenance
All WMHH vehicles are recent models regularly maintained to manufacture recommendations. In the unlikely event of a breakdown hirers may phone WMHH who will give assistance in repairing or replacing the vehicle.

9. Operators Licence
When customers hire vehicles in Groups 6-13 for business use, it is their responsibility to ensure that they hold a current relevant operators licence.

10. Continental Hire
All vehicles available for Continental hire subject to written permission, rates on application.
